Corporate Membership
For licensed firms, financial holdings and their groups
Institutional membership for FRA-licensed companies — brokerage, custody, fund and portfolio management, financial holdings, promotion and underwriting — including the subsidiaries and sister companies that sit inside the same group.

What this membership is for
Corporate membership is held by the company, not the individual. The firm joins, nominates its authorised representatives, and carries one institutional vote in the general assembly and on every position the Federation files with the FRA and EGX.
Because most licensed businesses in Egypt operate as a group — a financial holding with a brokerage arm, an asset manager, a custody entity — corporate membership is built to register the whole structure under one file, so representation, training entitlements and correspondence follow the group rather than a single licence.
For a licensed group the subscription typically returns its value in a single avoided rule surprise — Federation consultation work gives corporate members months of lead time on changes that would otherwise land as an operational emergency.
